A site with a job
The first version usually covers who you are, what you offer, proof of work, and contact. I keep the pages light so they load on a phone in Marrakech the same way they load elsewhere. Editing can stay in a CMS, or in the codebase, depending on who will update the text.
Questions
Is this a one-page site only?
It can be. If you have distinct offers, separate pages are easier to understand and to link to.
